Each partnership is entered into with an agreed bespoke plan as to what you need to achieve at the end of it. Below is an idea of the services we offer, from guaranteeing full safeguarding compliance in the long term, to offering one off training sessions for any areas of safeguarding.

This is our safeguarding package that will ensure that organisations achieve full safeguarding compliance over a 3-year cycle (favoured by most regulators). It includes promoting safer cultures for organisations, as well as the people operating within it.

A typical 3 year safeguarding partnership cycle could look like this:

Year 1

Full safeguarding audit and report with the recommendations (including focus groups for staff & service users)

Bespoke policy & procedures or review and updates

Training review
(training needs analysis & frameworks)

Bespoke safe practice handbook or review and updates

Safeguarding facilitation days (including governance & reporting pathway review)

Safeguarding training provided at all levels (including DSL, levels 1 & 2, board/SMT)

Year 2

Annual review of safeguarding culture and practice against initial audit
(progress report with recommendations)

Policy & procedures review and updates

Safer practice handbook review and updates

Safeguarding training courses - ongoing courses, annual refreshers

Year 3

Annual review of safeguarding culture and practice against year 2
(progress report with recommendations)
