We are seeking to make an appointment for a
Safeguarding Training and Consultancy Manager

The Manager will be responsible for the business sales, development and coordination of the training and consultancy services. Acting as the principal point of contact between customers and the associate team. Listening to and responding to customer requirements, maintaining and developing customer relationships and creating detailed proposal documents.

The Manager will play a leading role in the development of all safeguarding training materials, quality assurance of safeguarding policy and procedures, lead for safeguarding reviews and audits including safeguarding packages and in buildings Athena’s customer base and associate team. The post holder will be a role model for associates and lead in promoting exceptional customer service.
