Organisational or Group Training
Our bespoke training delivery for groups of staff within an organisation can provide the consistency of learning for all teams to take immediately into practice.
Our sessions provide
Bespoke content: The training content is specific to your organisation. Your Safeguarding Policies and Procedures are woven through the session as a golden thread approach.
Lower cost: Group training sessions can be more cost efficient per delegate compared to Individual courses.
Immediate Team Application: Easier to implement the learnings, as delegates are supported by each other to implement new safer practices.
Consistent Learning; All of the team are provided with the same learning at the same time.
Confidentiality: Participants are more likely to share organisational, technical, or strategic challenges because they are all from the same organisation with shared experiences.
Individual Delegate Training
Our individual training courses are designed for professionals from any organisation or company or charity to attend on an individual basis, rather than in-house group of staff training for a single organisation.
Our individual training sessions are scheduled throughout the year giving the advantage of allowing you to book onto a relevant course in a timely manner. Making it easy for you to achieve certificated training for compliance across roles and refresher timeframes.
You will meet like-minded individuals from other organisations and the session provides increased opportunity to share good practice.
Combined Courses
- Our core safeguarding courses are specifically targeted at either delivering the Safeguarding Children and Young People or Safeguarding Adults at risk agenda. In addition to our core training courses we are able to offer a ‘combined’ safeguarding training course across all levels i.e. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and DSO Level.
- Our combination courses deliver joined up training across both the safeguarding agendas (Children and Adults at Risk) in one session and require a longer delivery time frame.
