Jill

Experienced trainer and consultant with extensive safeguarding experience in both the voluntary and statutory sectors

  Jill is  passionate about her work and improving outcomes for children, families, and communities. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and consultant.  Her career started as a childminder, and she then went on to develop out of school provision which is still running as a registered charity 25 years on.  Since then, she has worked in early years and Children’s Centre services.

She excels in working with organisations to provide practicable and workable solutions.  From 2015 Jill has worked independently working with the Local Government Association, local authorities and charities.  She enjoys the challenge of working with different sized organisations to offer bespoke solutions.

Jill has been a volunteer for Girlguiding for a number of years and has held several senior volunteer positions including Lead Volunteer for Safeguarding.  This involved working with staff teams to ensure that policies, procedures and working practices were fit for purpose for the diverse member of Girlguiding.
