Recently joining the Athena Team, Joy has over 14 years experience as a qualified Management Accountant working for small and multinational companies in many different capacities. The skill base Joy has built up over the years gives her not only sound accounting expertise but also an in depth knowledge of strategic business planning.

As a financial services expert Joy’s responsibilities include all things financial from sales invoicing and purchase ledger through to payroll. Joy will ensure the smooth running of the finance function and help Sarah and the Team to drive the business forwards.

Joy now successfully runs her own accounting practice as well being a busy mother of two children with a back garden devoted to bunnies and guinea pigs.
