COVID ‘face-to-face’ Guidelines

We understand that all Athena staff and associate are to have received two covid vaccine jabs if they are entering the premises of care homes or health care settings.
– All parties are in agreement by written consent that the services should take place, face to face.
– No one attending the training or consultancy services is displaying any sign of Covid-19, received a positive Covid-19 test and has been informed to isolate isolating or is living in the same household as someone who has tested positive in the last ten days.
– To help reduce the potential spread of Covid-19, all face-to-face training and consultancy services should be limited as much as possible.
– All attendees should report if they display any symptoms to their place of employment and comply with all track and trace requests. Within 10 days of any face to face services.
– Athena will report to our clients if the Athena team member facilitating tests positive for Covid-19.
– Masks can still be worn indoors; however, this is now recommended practice not a mandatory requirement. However masks could inhibit effectiveness of face-to-face training.
– Lateral flow test will be conducted by all Athena team members / associates three days before and the day of delivering any face-to-face services.
– Lateral Flow tests should be conducted by all delegates. All attendees should consider obtaining, completing and recording their lateral flow test results on the NHS Covid app on the day any training or consultancy services are due to take place.
– Air conditioning, masks , social distancing, hand hygiene (COVID MITIGATION) requirements should be considered by all clients before any services takes place on your premises.
