Here at The Athena Programme, we have a dedicated team of highly qualified and knowledgeable associates who deliver outstanding levels of Safeguarding training, tailored to your specified requirements. Our flexibility has allowed us to adapt to changing circumstance during Covid-19 and we are able to support customers through these difficult times.
Training
Evaluation & Certificates
Each training session includes an online evaluation form that identifies learner satisfaction and areas for improvement. This will give an initial snapshot of how participants intend to use the learning in practice. All delegates are invited to complete the online form to give anonymous feedback about their experience, which is fed back to you. You will receive the collated responses in an excel spreadsheet either by email or will be placed within the Athena Customer Portal.
Certificates and Evaluations are produced by Sharing Links and QR Codes. These will be sent to you via email or the Athena customer secure portal. The sharing links and QR codes always remain active which allows you to go back any time to complete an evaluation form or download the certificates. The certificates can either be downloaded as a group of participants or as individual PDF certificates.

We would like to offer reassurance that we communicate with you in a safe and secure way including the sharing of documents.
This is part of our partnership promise working with you and those in your organisation. The secure customer portal allows us to share documents with you and you with us in a secure private area.
Each customer will be issued with their own log in details and password.
